• If you are looking for a cake for wedding, reception or anniversary then this 2 tier cake is a perfect choice. Its available in two flavours vanilla or chocolate. You can specify your choice of flavour. Weight 3.5kg. Cake shape, decoration and icing may differ from the image displayed.

• We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during this attempt due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

• Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

• No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. It would be done on the next working Day.

• The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of serviceable cities.

• The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may slight vary in shape or design as per the availability. But we always try to send exact products.

• We will try to deliver the product at the exact time everytime. However, in case of inevitable circumstances, there might be a slight delay.

• While placing the order, please mention your suggestions in the ""Delivery Instruction"" Box.

• Correct and elaborate Address (with landmark) and contact number of the recipient is a must while placing the order.

• In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and time.

• Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges.

Order will not be considered for refund in below mentioned status.

• Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/not working/no reply or not connecting/reachable and delivery is not done.

• Recipient refused the products.

• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
